Sound marriage, divorce, and remarriage absolutes
The marriage union is between a man and a woman.  (Matthew 19:4)
Marriage is for life.  (Romans 7:1-3)
The marriage union is never revoked in the eyes of the Lord.  (1 Corinthians 7:39)
Marriage is permanent.  (Mark 10:11-12, Romans 7:1-3)
The only legal way to remarry, according to Divine law, is if the former spouse is dead.  (Romans 7:1-3)
Adultery on one part gives no cause to the other for remarriage.  (Matthew 19:9, Luke 16:18)

To marry a divorced person is adultery.  Therefore these two must separate.  Many agree that it is sin,
but disagree they should separate.  This is the same as saying they need not to separate from their sins.

Every teaching on marriage in the New Testament upholds marriage and disallows divorce.
“Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife
hath made herself ready. And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and
white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints. And he saith unto me, Write, Blessed are they
which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb.” (Revelation 19:7-9)
